Camping Birthday

Miles turned 8, and a camping party seemed so appropriate. After all, he's old enough for Cub Scouts now, and really, it seemed like a good idea for a bunch of 8-year-old boys to be outside, to eat messy food, to run wild, and to shoot nerf guns. We are so proud of the boy Miles has become. We're not surprised that he is smart, kind, fun, and anxious to make others happy. We're just surprised he's growing up so fast, and there's nothing we can do to stop it.
