The Power of Believing

Today Miles decided he wanted to score a goal at his soccer game. I told him to believe he could do it. When he actually did it, despite the fact that the other team was dominating and it was hard to even get down to their end of the field, I had to stop and wonder if that actually works. I think it does. I believe I can make a million dollars this year, and lose 10 pounds.

Congratulations Miles. We can't wait to come see you play next week. I wish we could have seen you score that goal. Gretchen, Dad says you can do it.

So funny, after I read this, I thought, aww, I don't think Will is going to score a goal this year, maybe next year. Tonight was his last game and he did it!!! Way to spread the power of believing! =)
