Renew

I have to renew my Real Estate license so I'm taking some online classes.
If you think it's easy to get distracted in an actual class, you should try to take a class online while looking after kids. Evan decided to take the opportunity of my distraction to color one hand and the side of his face with marker. He thought it was very funny until he saw himself in the mirror, and then he was sad. Luckily, the washable markers came off easily with water and happiness was restored.

Also lucky is the fact that I only have to renew this license every two years.
