The whole world is covered in white today (if you're looking at it from our house). Below our feet, over our heads, we are wrapped up in a thick white blanket (otherwise known as the dirty word: inversion!). I think somewhere on the outside of the blanket is a sun. To think there is someone in Australia, or somewhere like that, basking in the sun at the beach! We are cozied up in our house eating spiral macaroni and cheese because the boys say it makes them bounce. And if we are really brave we will put on the snow clothes and roll around in it, because if you can't beat the inversion, you might as well join it!

Sometimes I really miss that winter blanket. I don't think I'd want my kids to grow up without the memories of snowmen, tackle football in the snow and hot chocolate when you come back inside.
Wanna build a snowman when you come? Miles tries to keep Evan from making tracks through the snow because he says he's "wasting it." :)
