When life gives you lemons, do you make lemonade?
The reason I ask is because I used to work for a company that didn't pay me my final check. A check that I worked REALLY hard for. And then they went out of business. I also worked for a newspaper that didn't pay me, and then I worked for a newspaper that might as well have not paid me because it was so little. Do you think maybe this is a message to me to just focus on being a mother and to stop bothering myself with the working world that doesn't want to reward me monetarily for my efforts? I count my blessings EVERY day that Mark has a good job that he loves. Goodness knows if we had to depend on me, we would starve. :)
Life is giving me some lemons right now and I am trying to get the desire to make lemonade, but I think with these lemons, it would taste really bitter. It is good that I have a lot of sweetness in my life: Mark, Miles, and Evan.
When did my blog get so cheesy?? Does cheese go well with lemonade? I think it probably makes it less bitter.

I think a lemon cheesecake would do the trick. I love cheese it goes with everything. Stupid employers that didn't pay you...sorry about the lemons.
