Turning Seven

My Mr. Miles turned 7 yesterday. I think this officially makes him too big. He is thoughtful, smart, compassionate, excitable, analytical, full of energy, passionate about his interests. He is one of the coolest people I know. And I can't believe I gave birth to him seven years ago.

Last weekend he celebrated with a couple of friends at a fun place called Pirate Island. Oh, a car full of 7-year-old boys - I promise there is nothing like it!

Then, yesterday we celebrated Miles' birthday, and my mom's birthday (isn't it cool they are on the same day?) at the Tulip Festival. I think at least half of Utah was there too. It was crowded. But the flowers were beautiful and it was a sunny spring day. He also had a soccer game that day, and celebrated at my grandma's house that night. It was a full day of celebration...and now Evan is wondering when it will be his turn.
